Commitment to Cleaning & Sanitizing

Each carriage is thoroughly cleaned & sanitized before it leaves the barn.  During operations, and after each ride, carriages are cleaned and sanitized in high touch areas:

  • Seats
  • Fenders
  • Handrails

Each carriage has hand sanitizer available as you board and disembark the carriage.


FAQs:

Q: IF I buy a TICKET online and go to the  "First Come First Serve" location, will I wait in line?


A: No. The ticket creates a  RESERVATION because you have selected a time and prepaid. Our crew will have your reservation info if you give them your name.  "First Come First Serve" is more of a LOCATION where ALL can go without a reservation to walk up and catch a carriage spontaneously. 


Q: Can I set a Reservation a bit later on a weekend than what is posted on the working hours? 


A: YES, IT JUST NEEDS TO BE BOOKED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

When the temperature is too high (over 95 degrees) or too low, our horses do not work on the streets.

(including Rain)and (Ozone Action Days we work only after 8:30pm)
